Convenient location near the city center and public transport. The complementary breakfast was good and had a variety of options. The housekeeping staff was attentive and kept the rooms clean.
The rooms were quite small and lacked good ventilation. The centralized air conditioning system often caused temperature inconsistencies and it took a while for the maintenance team to fix the issue.

We had a pleasant stay with clean rooms and delicious breakfast at this hotel. The location is great, with easy access to the nearby mall and highway. We also appreciated the helpful staff in the Orchid restaurant.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable and spacious rooms. the location was convenient, with easy access to major highways and attractions. the food was tasty and diverse, with a good selection of local and international dishes available.
The lack of natural light in the rooms and the overall lack of greenery on the premises. It would have been more enjoyable if the hotel had more outdoor spaces and vegetation.

This hotel is situated in a great location, right near the highway and in the bustling market area. the staff at Orchid restaurant are always welcoming and willing to help. the rooms are clean, spacious and well-maintained. the complimentary breakfast has a variety of options. the non-vegetarian options are delightful and a rare find in the area. the security guards are also efficient in assisting with parking.
The centralised AC might be a problem who prefer fans in their rooms.
